If you are a chocoholic this Paleo Chocolate Candy recipe is for you! So yummy and satisfying and so easy to make. This is another no bake recipe that whips up in no time. You don’t need to know how to bake to make these! They are sweet, gooey and crunchy at the same time but not overly sweet. Sinfully good …so be careful you do not eat too many. They have 6g of carbs per piece but they will give you a little boost of energy when needed or satisfy a serious chocolate craving.
1/2 cup dates
1 cup almonds
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp water
Pop everything into a food processor and buzz until everything is finely chopped. If it is too dry add just a little more water, if it is too wet, add some more almonds or flax. Shape into tbsp sized balls. One batch should give you about 16-20 pieces. I keep mine in the freezer in a ziplock bag so they are handy when I have a chocolate or sweet craving. I hope you can eat just one!
